I am excited to offer 1:1 dream interpretation sessions! I have been an avid lucid dreamer since the age of eight years old and have always shared a deep connection with the dream world. This connection was fortified and deepened by learning about dream symbols and interpreting dreams with my grandmother. For over a decade I have been guiding herbalism workshops supporting people in deepening their relationship to the dream world and their dream recall and it is exciting to now offer individualized sessions around dreaming.
Within one hour we will:
-discuss a dream that you would like further understanding of ( you send the dream to me before our session time).
-we will discuss the symbolism within the dream, messages and next steps to honor the messages within the dreams.
-herbs that can support you in working with this specific dream.
-we will discuss sleep hygiene as well as practices that you can engage to deepen your dream recall, dream symbol understanding and dream communication.
-we will discuss protection work in the dream realm.
