hi, i am excited to be offering reiki transmissions and 1hr tarot reading sessions- i am currently offering sessions at a distance and am excited to share this work with you - each sesion is one hour long - and begins with a 10 minute guided meditation together via zoom or facetime before the reiki transmission/ reading begins!
*reiki is an energetic healing practice that channels ki/chi energy throughout the body using hand on touch or distance to promote physical, energetic and emotional healing. i have been practicing reiki since 2016 and have worked in both individual client and community reiki session environments
Each session includes:
-discussion
-reiki transmission or tarot reading
-time to journal and process session
-recording of reading sent to you
-herbal and/or somatic follow up suggestions
